Zoning Resolution

Zoning Resolution

The Washington Township Zoning Resolution sets the rules for how land in our community can be used and developed. It also explains how those rules are managed and what happens if they are not followed.

The Washington Township Zoning Resolution was originally adopted in 1957 to promote public health, safety, and morals in the community. The resolution is reviewed for updates on an ongoing basis.
