Birthday Parties at Town Hall


Birthdays are special, especially when you can celebrate with your friends at Town Hall Theatre!


Birthday Party with a Show

If you love coming to Town Hall Theatre to see our shows, why not celebrate your birthday here AND see a show? Enjoy a show-themed party and receive a shout-out before the show!

We do all of the set up and clean up. Before the show you will have 90 minutes in our downstairs meeting room, which will be decorated for the show. You will have a special party coordinator, cake, ice cream, punch, and paper products. The party ends with priority reserved tickets to the show for you and your friends.

You will also receive your own autographed copy of the show poster to commemorate your special day! Gifts can be held in the box office during the performance. Please contact Christie Cerio or call 937-432-2835 to make the arrangements. Parties must have a minimum of 10 children, including the birthday person and two adults. Sorry, we cannot allow candles.

  • Day: Performance Dates

  • Saturdays and Sundays: Party will begin at 1:30 pm with the show to follow

  • Base Fee: $353 (includes 10 children's tickets and 2 adult tickets, $11 for each additional child and $16 for each additional adult)



Non-Show Themed Parties

Want to celebrate at Town Hall Theatre but there isn't a performance planned near your birthday? No problem — we have a party for you! Pick a theme from those listed below, and we will provide themed decor, a character visit to suit your theme, a birthday party attendant, cake, ice cream, punch, and paper products. The party also will include a themed activity. We will do all the set up and clean up for your 90-minute party in our downstairs meeting room.

Princess Party

Ever dream of having a magical birthday celebration with Elsa, Cinderella, or Moana? Choose the Princess Party package, and you can live happily ever after knowing you spent the birthday of your dreams with one of these fabulous princesses.

Villain Soiree

Ever fantasize about having a dark or downright evil birthday party? You could spend the day with one of your favorite villains. Perhaps party with Scar or Ursula or Maleficent — the choice is yours! Choose the Villain Soiree party package, and you can have a truly spooky birthday this year.

Yo Ho Ho: A Pirate's Party

Do you want to walk the plank for your birthday this year? Choose the Pirate's Party package, and you can spend your birthday dancing with pirates and looking for buried treasure. With a party this fun, it'll have your friends yelling "Shiver me timbers!"

T. Rexcellent Party

Ever wanted a party that's nearly prehistoric? Choose the T-Rexcellent Party, and you could celebrate this year's birthday like a brontosaurus ... but look out! You never know if a T. Rex will stop by for such a terrific birthday celebration.

Grinch Gala

Do you enjoy being on the naughty list? Do you totally hate the holiday? Choose the Grinch Gala birthday party, and you can spend your birthday being a mean one like Mr. Grinch himself. Who knows, by the end of the party, you and your guests' hearts might grow three sizes that day!

Santa's Elves Shindig

Do you enjoy the company of elves? You can spend your birthday at Santa's workshop! Whether you have a December birthday or a July birthday, come celebrate the Christmas spirit year round. Choose the Santa's Elves package, and there will be no need to worry about being naughty or nice because this party will be all about you!

Barnyard Bash

Want this birthday to be a complete hoedown? The farm animals would love to party with you! Choose the barnyard birthday package, and you could spend your birthday down on the farm with some of your favorite barnyard creatures.



Birthday Party with a Movie

Want to celebrate at Town Hall Theatre but there isn't a performance planned near your birthday AND you don't want a themed party? No problem! Pick a children's movie, and we will play that on our big screen! We will provide a birthday party attendant, cake, ice cream, punch, and paper products. Before the movie, you will have an hour in our downstairs meeting room, and then we will head upstairs to the auditorium for the movie. Sorry, we cannot allow candles.
