POLICIES

DAY OF SHOW
A reminder that you will be charged Day of Show prices if you have not made a reservation in advance. Advance Purchase Ticket Prices are available during regular Box Office hours prior to the day of the show and Online sales close 3 hours before curtain time on the day of the performance. Day of Show is any ticket purchased on the date of the performance at the box office. No phone orders are accepted for Day of Show.

TICKET PICK-UP
We do not send tickets in the mail. You may print your own, if you have ordered online. You may also pick them up in person during regular Box Office hours, or they will be held under your name at "Will Call" on the performance date.

DISCOUNTS
For information on Group Rates (10 or more), other promotional discounts or general questions please contact the box office Monday - Thursday from 4-7pm at (937) 433-8957.

The Culture Works Passport is honored for a single ticket with the purchase of another ticket of equal or greater value once per production. The cardholder must present the passport at time of purchase or when picking up prepaid tickets. Town Hall Theatre requests that the purchaser identify the intent to use a Passport discount at the time the reservation is made. No refunds can be given after the purchase is complete.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ticket orders will not be processed without full payment. We do not issue refunds. Exchanges can be made only for another performance of the same production (subject to availability).

V.I.Y.P. SEATING
It is our policy to keep front row seating open for our "Very Important Young People" (VIYP) for each performance. However, we will release these seats if ticket demands for a performance exceed seating availablility.

Ages 2 & under admitted free with accompanying adult. If a seat is desired, a ticket must be purchased for the child.

How Can I Buy Tickets?

EASY AS, 1-2-3

You may purchase tickets by any of the following methods:

  1. ONLINE Tickets to all of our productions are available online by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon for the show time of your choice. Please note that there is a $2.50 per order change for the online service. Online sales at advance purchase prices end 3 hours prior to curtain time on the day of the performance.
  2. IN PERSON Visit the Box Office during our regular hours (M-TH 4-7 pm) to purchase tickets to any performance in the season. We accept cash and check as well as Visa and MasterCard. Please note that Day of Show hours (1 Hr before each performance) are for Day of Show purchases only. Transactions for other performances are handled on an exception basis only.
  3. PHONE/E-MAIL Phone or e-mail orders are processed during regular box office hours. You may leave a phone or e-mail message anytime and we will call you to confirm the purchase. Please do not leave a credit card number in your messages. No phone or e-mail orders are accepted for Day of Show purchases or following day purchases after the box office has closed.

$2.50 processing fee per order will apply TO ONLINE TICKET SALES ONLY.

Curtain Times

When offered, Thursday matinees begin at 4:30pm. Friday performances begin at 7pm and matinees are offered at 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Continuing again this season, most shows will perform an 11am matinee on the first Saturday of each performance run.
